Tutoring & Homework.

Through regular attendance at DANTAGOOD, students are able to enhance their learning and development skills. Students’ involvement with homework and tutoring club enables them to access local qualified teachers and volunteer tutors who have appropriate skills and knowledge to support Somali/migrant students with homework. Tutoring runs three times during the week for high school and primary students.

Sewing class.

Dantagood will soon be offering a fun and educational sewing class. No experience is required, all skill levels are encouraged to sign up for our courses. We will cover both practical and theoretical learning at each skill level.

Seniors Engagement Project (S.E.P)

Like any other Community in Australia, we have an increasing elderly population and as shown in many studies, minority Elders face double hardships when trying to access services.

Employability training.

DANTAGOOD ensures jobseekers develop the skills and knowledge required to secure a job. We provide them with the essential skills required to effectively communicate with potential employers. DANTAGOOD provides job seekers with workshops that provide skills needed to effectively make decisions, problem solving, and resumé writing.
